* I acknowledge that I (the purchaser) will need to sign and return a DocuSign agreement (delivered via email) before the purchased products will ship. By accepting the instant lighting discount, I agree to install these lights within thirty (30) days of receipt at the location indicated at time of purchase. Once installed it is my obligation to reach out to ELEDLights (rebates@eledlights.com or 215.355.7200) to confirm that the installation has been completed. I acknowledge that installing these lights in any location other than the one indicated at the time of purchase is strictly prohibited. If I do not install the lights in the specified timeframe, at the specified address, or if I fail to notify ELEDLights of the installation completion, I will forfeit the discount and be responsible for the full price of the purchase. All orders are subject to inspection to verify installation.
