All ELEDLights products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. Most of our products are warrantied for 5 years or longer. The warranty period is listed in the product's Specifications tab.

Should your light fail within its warranty period, we will either replace the failed part or the entire lamp or fixture, depending on the particular product and failure in question. If a replacement part is needed, you will be given instructions on how to change the part out. If a replacement light is warranted, ELEDLights will ship the replacement out once we have received and inspected the failed light.Warranties do not cover products that have been damaged through improper use, voltage spike, or faulty installation.

Our warranties cover only the product itself and not any labor required to install or remove the product, unless specifically noted.

During the first year, shipping on both the defective part and the replacement are free. After the first year, the customer is responsible for shipping defective parts to one of our warehouse locations, and ELEDLights will pay for shipping of the replacement.

¹Electricity cost savings pertain to when the light replaces existing older lighting. Savings are calculated based on the light operating 12 hours/day, 7 days/week at the highest available wattage for the light & the highest wattage it is specified to replace, at a utility rate of 12 cents/kWh. If lights are sold in a pack, cost savings is based on the total number of lights in the pack. Actual savings will vary depending on usage, replacement, and rates.
